The ultra thin has to be the thinnest kydex I’ve ever seen and is best suited for IWB applications. The thin is also very thin, and it better suited to outside the waistband holsters.

New Fist Holster
I have noticed the mass confusion on finding holsters. Well yesterday I started my first day riding with a field training officer at a local p.d. I was carrying my xdm.40 in a blackhawk serpa holster.

Range report with pics
I wore my new XD all weekend long (where allowed) and had no CCW issues at all, other than my new FIST holster needs a wee bit of breaking in, as all new holsters do. Typically it has been my experience that once a gun rides in a FIST.

Holster recommendations for short torso/long arm person …
Fist holsters will work with you. (See ‘Related Links’ above…) I use a Fist #41A IWB/SOB holster…I have over 6 of just that style. This SOB holster rides (at 5:30) over the kidney and not the spine, and it’s a palm out draw.

I had my sights fixed on the FIST #5, but I can’t deal with the long waiting period LoL. I’m going with the High Noon Pocket Grabber Pocket Grabber: High Noon Holsters. It’s leather, has rubber on the outside to keep the holster in the place.
